Baked Camembert with Truffles

Truffle fever is still in full swing in Australia! Here is a recipe that will not disappoint:

Take 1 Le Conquerant Camembert

Half it horizontally and pack it full with shaved black truffle.

Bake in the top half of the lid that has been wrapped in foil in an oven (200 degrees) for around 20 minutes.

Dip in with crusty bread.
