Wine Washed Le Duc Vacherin

Ingredients:

  • 1 Le Duc Vacherin
  • 1 - 2 cups of white wine
  • Ground black pepper
  • Picked herbs eg. thyme, oregano

Method:

  1. Pour wine into a bowl, and pepper and herbs.
  2. Dip unwrapped cheese in wine – repeat every few hours for 2 – 3 days. Store cheese in its box in the fridge in between washes.
  3. Bring cheese to room temperature before serving.
